How to get awesome long and thick hair?

Don’t worry! I know every woman wants thick and long hair. However, in these busiest days one cannot find time to take care of it. Also, increased exposure to pollution, sunlight, stress and strain complicates your problem day-to-day.

If you follow these tips at your home, you will surely look awesome with your long hair. No need to spend lots of money to the parlors.

Oil massaging


  •  Take a mixture of coconut and badam oil and add some fresh hibiscus flowers; mix well in a small container and bring it to heat until flowers get brown color.

  • Bring the mixture oil to the room temperature and apply over your complete hair.

  • After applying, gently massage over the head and relax for 15 minutes.

  • Continue doing this for twice in a week.

  • Do head bath with already soaked mixture of soap nuts (arita) and hibiscus leaves – this will act as a natural conditioner or otherwise, use mild shampoo.

  • This will give you long and thick hair, decreases dandruff

Best tips for thick hair growth


  •  Heat coconut oil with hibiscus flowers, henna leaves and ½ lemon. Bring it to room temperature and store in a bottle for regular use. Before applying to your hair, always remember to warm it slightly.

  • Soak methi seeds in a cup of curd before going to bed, grind the mixture in grinder in the morning and apply to your hair. Leave it for ½ hour and take head bath.

  • Take curd, lemon juice and white part of the egg in a small container and mix well. Apply to your hair uniformly and wait for ½ hour. Clean your hair with normal water.

  • Apply neem leaves juice to your hair, wait for ½ hour and take head bath. Your drandruff will wash away and do not come back if you repeat once/ twice a week.

  • After second day of every head bath, apply black tea juice on the scalp and wash it after ½ hour.

For Hair re-growth


  •  Most of the hair fall starts from the forehead. Before losing all your hair, try to rub your forehead with a hibiscus flower daily. You will surely get your hair back. You have to be patient in this procedure.

Diet control


  •  Always take healthy and good homely food. Avoid junk foods

  • Include spinach, carrots, eggs, nuts and other green vegetables in your daily diet

  • Take plenty of water (atleast 2-3 liters a day).

It works for both men and women hair of all kinds of textures.

If you do all these easy steps, you will surely get great looking hair.
